Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining schedules, provide telephone support, filing, transcription and production of forms.
  • Must be able to multi-task established priorities and organize efficiently.
  • Responsible for monitoring of employee database including preparation of employee contracts and notices.


  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s / College degree, any field
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite.
  • With experience in the same field.
  • MS office knowledge.
  • Must have average to excellent communication skills.
